abstract: Disease modifying strategies to treat osteoarthritis (OA) can benefit from nanocarrier targeted system that selectively target the cells which get involved in the pathologies upon intra-articular injection. To develop such nanocarrier based system, an in vitro model is needed in which the properties of the nanocarriers to test targeting strategies could be optimized.
